Open PTO: Discretionary paid time off without a specific cap (separate from CTC's paid time off). *Employees must meet certain conditions before being granted PTO. |
21 Paid Days Off: 21 days of company-wide and/or department-wide closures as paid time off each year. |

Paid Volunteer Time (8 hours): A full day of volunteering paid for by CTC each year to serve a local nonprofit of the employee's or their department's choice. |
