EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS

All ticket sales are final. We are unable to refund or exchange for missed performances. Prices, performance details, and artists are subject to change without notice. All requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled performance and are subject to availability. Follow the instructions below to exchange your tickets. You may exchange tickets for any other performance of the same show subject to availability. If you move to more expensive seats, you'll be asked to pay only the difference between your original tickets and the new tickets. And because the NC Sales Tax rate increased as of July 1, 2026, you may be asked to pay the difference to satisfy the new tax rate. If you need to exchange your tickets for a different title (exchange A Year with Frog and Toad tickets for If You Give a Mouse a Cookie, for example) then you will need to contact the Box Office to assist you (contact info at bottom of page).

To begin, click on My Account to login:

After logging in, select Events and Tickets from the left side options:

Next, select Manage Tickets and expand the month to select the show you're exchanging:

Next, check the tickets to exchange and click Upgrade or Exchange:

Choose Upgrade Your Seats to choose different seats for the same show, or Exchange to a Different Date to move to another date/time:

If you choose Upgrade Your Seats, you'll be taken to the seating map where you can choose new seats, and view the price difference (if applicable). After you've chosen your new seats, click Continue:

If you choose Exchange to a Different Date, you'll see a list of other performances; choose the show you'd like to move to, then pick your seats from the map as above:

Next, review and Confirm your Exchange choices:

You'll then see an Exchange Summary, and you'll receive an email with your new ticket information:
