Promotions & Account Benefits

To use a promo code:

  • Select the relevant performance, camp, or class.
  • Type the promo code (case sensitive) in the "Have a Promo Code? ►Enter Here" box and click the Go
  • If accepted, exclusive pricing or events will be displayed with a yellow tag indicator.

To use member benefits:

  • Subscribers, donors, volunteers, and returning education families may have account benefits such as presale access, discounts, and exclusive events. These promotions will be automatically available when logged in to your account. View current memberships and benefits by logging in to your account.

Gift Certificate Purchase & Redemption

To purchase a gift certificate:

  • Select Gift Certificates under Shows & Tickets in the main navigation menu.
  • Click the associated Buy Now link.
  • Select the number of items/options that you want to purchase
  • Enter your desired amount.
  • Optionally, you can personalize the gift certificate by adding the recipient's name along with a personalized message.
  • Click the Add to Order button to add the gift certificate to your shopping cart.

To redeem a gift certificate:

  • Add the class, camp, or in-person performance to your shopping cart.
  • Optionally, selection Check Your Gift Certificate balance to review certificates associated with your account.
  • During checkout, select Use a Gift Certficate.
  • Enter both Gift Certiciate Number and Redemption Code.
  • Specify your desired amount to use and click Continue.
  • Review order and complete checkout.
    • *Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for donations, membership dues, and certain other purchases.

Scholarship Offers

To accept a scholarship offer for a camp or class:

  • Log in and visit My Account.
  • Navigate to Offers.
  • Optionally, click offer name to review terms and camp/class details.
  • Add to order.
  • Continue checkout as normal.

Account Information & Marketing

To change or add an contact or address to your account:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to My Account.
  3. Select Account Information from the sidebar.
  4. Use Add Contact to create a new contact for purchases. Click Update to save.
  5. Use Add Address to create a new shipping or billing address. Click Update to save.
  6. Use Edit Contact to change the information of an existing contact, including name, phone, and email. Click Update to save.
  7. Use Edit Address to change the information of an existing shipping or billing address. Click Update to save.
  8. Optionally, change the Default contact or address.

To add or remove yourself from our mailing list:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to My Account.
  3. Select Account Information from the sidebar.
  4. Check or uncheck the box Yes, please keep my informed with news, offers, and updates! under Communication Preferences.
  5. Optionally, select or deselect any relevant keywords for program specific communication.
  6. Click Update.
