SAFETY PROTOCOLS

The following protocols are in place at Children’s Theatre of Charlotte for the safety and well being of all our guests. Your understanding and cooperation is appreciated as we navigate these ever-changing circumstances together.

Masks are required and must be worn properly at all times inside ImaginOn. At this time we also require masks to be worn by audience members at our public and school performances.

Safe distance practices will be observed in all spaces inside ImaginOn in accordance with state and local government guidelines.

Reduced capacity measures will be taken in classroom and theatre settings in accordance with state and local government guidelines.

Digital tickets and playbills will be used to reduce physical contact between audience members and staff.

Alternate routes will be used inside the building to mitigate crowds and gathering in spaces. Please note that the library at ImaginOn will not be available as a gathering space, nor a place for you to wait for your student. Access to the library and its services will be extremely limited.

Hand sanitizer is available at multiple stations throughout the building.

Enhanced cleaning measures are in place. Children’s Theatre cleans and disinfects high-touch surfaces frequently each day. Additionally, our contracted custodial service partner provides thorough nightly disinfecting services.

Air filtration system is rated MERV 14; MERV 13 or greater captures airborne virus particles. Our HVAC units have pre-filters and High Efficiency (95%) air filters which maintain positive air flow 24/7.
